What you agree to when you book an event

By booking an event you agree that we may contact you using the contact details you provide, including your full name and email address.

We may display your full name on this website as part of a list of attendees for the event you have booked into. We will not display your email address or any other personal information on this website.

By booking an event, you are providing us with information for us to verify your intent to attend the event. Events are not guaranteed to take place and may be cancelled at short notice. We do not take payment for event bookings via this website, and require for you to pay for your event booking in person on the day of the event.

If you are unable to attend an event you have booked into, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know.
